Office Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except legal holidays.
Intake Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. except legal holidays or otherwise posted. Intake is CLOSED on WEDNESDAYS.
Telephone Screenings: To request a telephone screening to determine possible eligibility for our emergency assistance programs, please call (239) 533-7996. At the recording, please leave a message including your name, a day-time telephone number where you can be reached during business hours, and specifically mention you need a telephone screening. A member of our Intake Team will return your call within 48 hours.
