Interested in saving money on your energy bills?  

This program identifies areas of major energy loss within the home. 

Structures are made weather-tight through minor necessary repairs including insulation; weather-stripping; caulking; replacing door thresholds and broken window glass; heating and cooling units.

 This program is available to homeowners or persons who are renting with preference given to the following:
  • Persons 60 years of age or older
  • Disabled individuals
  • Households with children under 12 years of age
  • A household with a family member receiving Supplemental Social Security Income (SSI) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) qualifies regardless of household income
  • Owner-occupied Units
